I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler that I have drained the d and refilled them with Valvoline 85 -140 gear oil. Will this cause any harm to the differentials?

I should think it will be ok. As long as that is what the owners manual calls for. That's a fully synthetic lube and will last a lifetime. Valvoline 85-140 gear oil.?
