Quality, brand name, 10W40, 4 stroke motor oil.What type of oil goes in my gear box of my 01 yamaha blaster?
You can use a dedicated transmission oil such as Bel-Ray gear-saver, but Yamaha actually recommends 10w30 motor oil for your Blaster's gearbox.
