Will fully synthetic 75w-80 gear oil be safe in very hot climate?don't tell me to ask the manufacture! 10point

No Manufacture recommendation about the suite gear oil in the climate condition I'm living in(which is considering to be very hot compared to Europe or Usa), the manufacture only recommended 75w-80 in Europe, so can I use this oil grade in a weather with a temp of 55 Celsius degree??? and to what temperature degree can 80 oil viscous handle?

Thanks. Will fully synthetic 75w-80 gear oil be safe in very hot climate?don't tell me to ask the manufacture! 10point
55 degrees celsius is quite hot. Your 75w oil is similar to 10w (thereabouts) motor oil in thickness. 75w80 will do a reasonable job, but for any sort of loading (leadfoot, stop/ start, towing) I would consider going heavier. Trouble here is too heavy, and synchro problems can occur, and the box becomes notchy, with stiff gear changes.

It is hard to do, but I would try to contact people somewhere in your area who know the products available and start asking questions such as how much load is this oil tested to carry and under what conditions in what test. Trouble is no company lists these on the products, usually because they dont test well. Some companies will list these on their MSDS- a sheet with specifications and safety data on the oil.

Look for oils rated as 'HP' (high pressure) or 'XHP' (extra high pressure) as these are typically rated quite high

Load carrying ability and shear resistance are measured in pounds, and are the oils ability to keep metal parts separate under pressure. Higher the rating, the more pressure the oil can resist before letting parts touch.

These sort of ratings are tested in different ways. Typically for greases, the timken ok load test. I believe gear oils can be tested in this way, or with the 4 ball bearing test. All to international standards

Sorry, no quick answer. Will fully synthetic 75w-80 gear oil be safe in very hot climate?don't tell me to ask the manufacture! 10point
you will be fine the W in 75w means winter which means at zero degrees your oil viscosity will be 75.
